Overview:
Serves unemployed and underemployed individuals in the St. Catharines, Welland and Lincoln area, who require job search and placement assistance.

Program Investment by United Way:
1. Farm Labour Pool Niagara
 This program matches individuals looking for work in agricultural land horticultural sectors with suitable employment opportunities.  Farm labour is often the only realistic employment option for individuals who are transient, marginalized, have serious language barriers and/or poor work histories. 

This program helps keep people off the street, reduces reliance on food banks, and with the right support, can act as a spring board to full time employment in conventional occupations.
