1. Literacy for Life
Approximately one in four adults experiences some level of difficulty with reading. Working with trained volunteers, this program delivers basic literacy skills in reading, writing and numeracy. Through life skills training and computer skills training, students’ employability potential is further enhanced. Students ultimately benefit from an atmosphere which allows them to advance at their own desired pace towards pre-established literacy and life skills goals.
